porcini mushrooms, stock, wine, arborio rice,
butter and Parmesan. Is that right?

It depends on the type of stock that you have, but the rest is perfect!
Arborio also is a great choice, just be careful with the time for cooking, as my grandfather said: "an overcooked rice is worthless"
