but i am seeing from my phone stepcounter that i have been outside one day so far this month which was over a week ago lol...i think maybe just taking a walk and not expecting to shop might be smarter move today.

Yeah that seems like a plan. But if they don't work talk to your GP about it many options exist. Some could maybe you drowsy during the day though.

I've always wondered how people were able to go outside for a walk, I cannot even imagine leaving my home (well, exception being for appointment n work..), it's mentally draining just thinking about it; sometimes I really wish I could just go out for a walk but, idk, it's like my body's paralyzed by the thought of it

I used to go on hour long walks and it really helped actually, after it was mostly to see nature again and for bird spotting. But I get how it could seem impossible for you, I haven't left my flat in way too long unless obligation. Legs won't follow the mind desire. That can be the depression and anxiety sadly.

Try to maybe ask your GP for a SSRI, anti anxiety med with fixed hours during the day, and sleeping meds. Maybe a combination is what's necessary, or will even slightly help. But if you've tried that before and it doesn't work I get how it can be discouraging.

Ah that makes sense why you were wondering where are the green trees now U. A. Is there a park or something close to you? Maybe you can think about taking a day to visit it and see nature more. But with pain I get that might not be possible :/

At this stage maybe project some of those cat videos of birds to acclimate yourself with nature again lol
That's okay, next time write everything you need down before the appointment, I do it because my memory is shit and it helps.
