Cost/source of SN supplies?

For those of you who have all the supplies for the SN method: How did you get them? For the SN itself, I assume my best way to get a source is to wait until I unlock DM's and then ask someone. But how did you get your benzos, antiemetic, and propanolol? Did you talk to a doctor online and which site did you use and how many different doctors did you have to see? What did you say to get prescribed the ones you needed? Or did you get them using another method?

Also, how much did the SN and meds cost each cost? I'm in the US and I have health insurance.
