why is it so hard to battle my mind?? I want to cut myself again but it hurt genuinely so bad last time that I don't want to do that again..(I'm very pain sensitive) I wish I could find a quick way to die that wouldn't give me time to reach out to help. I'm contemplating whether I'm going to go to sleep after talking it out or, slitting my thighs again.
