Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So since there seems to be a lot of people suffering from BPD, I was wondering if anyone else struggles with a similar condition. A constant state of derealization, or rather something called DRC, dream reality confusion, which apparently seems to sometimes develop out of BPD.

Basically I had so many nightmares and real-life like dreams that I really never feel awake anymore, or rather whenever I close my eyes I feel that I might wake up suddenly, you know, like that pull you feel when you suddenly wake up.

It's been mild lately, but at it's worst everything seems to become blurry, I get dizzy and I can almost see the seams holding this corporeal dimension together or something. So therefore I was wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this.

I've dissociative episodes but rarely extended ones - most last for a few hours and are triggered by stress or exhaustion or other triggers.

Yes when I dissociate (which is seldom) the world around me is fuzzy. I may get stuck and not respond to my environment. Very rarely (only if extremely stressed), I might have distorted thoughts and beliefs.

Just sharing, hope it helps...
