Considering SN method — questions about purity

been lurking for a while. not sure why i'm writing this now but i guess i'm just tired of feeling stuck in my head.

i've been seriously considering SN lately. it feels quiet, less violent than other options. i've managed to get my hands on sodium nitrite that's marked as 97% and 98% pure from two separate sources.

what i want to know is, is that purity enough? i don't want to end up surviving with damage or being found halfway. i know nothing is guaranteed but i want to do this right if i go through with it.

Yes, above 95% is considered enough for ctb
