Considerations once you find an sn source

I think I found an sn source but im wondering now what? The site says I can order from multiple countries and im not sure if I would be less likely to get a wellness check if I ordered from china, the us, or Germany. I was also wondering what happens if I get a wellness check. the truth is im not gonna attempt ctb again until I have the means to successfully do it. So if I get a wellness check can't I just tell them im not at risk of harm because I would no longer have sn? Any other considerations now that I found a source (maybe).

also I know I would want someone to tell me the source but I can't do it in good conscience.
