Help Clonidine + alcohol?

Would this work for overdose? It sounds too easy to be true but I have clonidine pills(for insomnia). I mentioned alc in case this isn't enough to work by itself. Not trying anything soon but just wanted to know if this would work at all. Think about it, wouldn't I just fall asleep and if I take enough it suppresses the body to the point of death? Or would it still be painful somehow? Also, if I somehow survived what type of damage would occur and would it be permanent? Someone pls lmk

Sorry, the only meds that are dangerous it's obvious because they're controlled

Those meds are also used to help people with high blood pressure among other thing. I suppose in theory enough of them would drastically drop your blood pressure next to the point of passing out. However I do not think they affect the nervous system. So you would not stop breathing. At that point you would just be overdosing from alcohol.

Oh. Idk what to do, I always heard sleeping pills and alcohol are a "bad" mix because it can kill you, but from this reply it seems unlikely.

Why is it so hard to kill ourselves painlessly? Because it IS possible(euthanasia) the government just doesn't let us. It's so difficult and/or even impossible to attain for some people. It's so unfair. I'm so tired.
