Hi there,
I'm new. Maybe I'll tell my full story at some point but right now I'm in a pretty bad pain spiral. I was thinking it might help today if i knew there were a foolproof way i could CTB with certainty some time in the future, after my kid grows up, and be sure that the dosage wouldn't leave me a vegetable or ruin my liver and leave me in even worse pain. I'm one of the lucky ones who can get BOTH clonazepam and oxy. When i first hurt my back (2 surgeries that didn't help and probably short circuited my whole nervous system) 20 years ago I started getting these horrible panic attacks to go with the agonizing pain and in those days it was no problem to get both drugs prescribed at the same time — and fuck the politicians who took that away because those are goddamn miracle drugs!! Anyway I've finally managed to get both prescriptions again, though the oxy isn't 5% of what i used to get. But how much of each would it take, if i combined them, to CTB peacefully and with 100% certainty? I have a pretty good tolerance. about 6 or 7 years ago they made me choose which vital medicine i had to stop taking because the government said "the combination can kill you" but i was on 120 mg oxy and 2 mg clonazepam every day and i never even felt groggy… is that all bullshit, or is the combination actually dangerous? I'm hoping the answer is yes.

Doesnt sound like a legit method. Look up some more standardized methods.

Oxycodone is a pretty decent opioid to OD on, it's 50% stronger than morphine. The 5-drug mix in the PPeH uses 15g of morphine, but that's in combination with 4 other drugs. Still, if you could manage to get your hands on 15g of oxycodone, that in combination with the clonazepam (the amount of clonazepam don't matter too much, but the more the better) should give you great chances of CTBing.

The only thing you have to watch out for is if your oxycodone is combined with a painkiller like paracetamol (acetaminophen), or ibuprofen. Because you do not want to overdose on the pain killer, it's extremely painful.

As with all oral overdoses, antiemetics is highly recommended.

You would have to use dark net markets to get more. I haven't done so myself so not sure where/who to buy from. If you do go that route, keep the purchases small and spuratic. That will probably draw less attention.
