Chronic pain ctb method?

Chronic pain friends...... what is your ctb method? I'm suffering so badly no pain pills help. Gi system obliterated for good knows why. Drs failing me at every turn.

It has already happened I can't change it. 2 different des I no longer see. 1 took me off 30 year benzo use in 2 weeks. Downhill since then.
I've seen 5 different gi drs

Chronic pain has been a companion for the past 14 years, it is something I'm used to, I've been waiting 11 years for pain clinic to teach me how to manage my pain, every time I get an appointment they cancel and reschedule, I just laugh at this point.

I wish I could tell you it will get better but I'm not going to give you false platitudes, life is hard and for that reason I don't care about pain when I go.

I'm not going to pretend to know your pain. All I can describe it my pain of 3 slipped discs at the bottom of my spine, constantly pressing on my nerves after a stupid accident that see's me on some days not being able to move or even get out of bed.

I can however sympathise with you because although we have different types of pain it can still be very debilitating in our lives.

Yes, I'm just waiting for my order to arrive, although I'm going to CTB for my physical pain but my mental pain

Last year i started to feel a discomfort in the left rib and difficulty to breath and it hasn't gone away, I don't know how it happened, it seems like chronic pain, the docs say it is of unknown origin, maybe it is a sign for ctb?

Well, medical system is failing everybody... that's a routine around here... one is better googling and taking matter into their own hands.

If we Google before taking meds we may not be here. Unfortunately I was put on the med in 1994 that has ruined me now. Klonopin.

Frankly, I don't know why people still believe doctors in 2022. I get it, before the Internet doctors were indeed the best source of advice, but today... Anyone who googles a little knows more than a regular doctor.

I'm surprised they admitted they didn't know. Usually, they would blame it on one of the following: mental health, being overweight, hypochondriasis. Quacks.
