I know people die accidentally from it (although rarely). Has anyone ever tried it as a method? Any thoughts?

That just sounds like a horrific way to try to die and I can imagine it just failing and leading to more suffering. At least I wouldn't try to ctb this way, I hate how difficult it is for us to die.Thank you for your response. I really need a method..... nothing seems to work. Do you have any tips for me?

I have never tried it but it sounds a relatively easy method. Swallowing small cloths or large food should do the trick
I have an idea. tape the mouth after swallowing.
