Hi. I'm planning to take the one bottle of N I have from D. Do I mix anything with it or just drink the bottle? Honey or stevia and little alcohol to kill the bitterness? How long…? Anything else I need to know from members… I know about the guides. I want to hear from your research/knowledge. I can't believe it has come to this :(
