Help Causing Self Cancer/heart attack

In the end of it all i have been wracked with guilt of every last one of my failures, but I do not want to traumatize my family by ending it all. They do not deserve to be rocked hard as they raised me the best they could.
What ways are there to spark a heart attack or get cancer so they do not get wraught with self imposed guilt and self destruction?

Cancer is painful and agonizing. I don't think you want that. Heart attack = cardiac arrest so I suppose any peaceful method is fine??

If i directly end it they are the type to blame it all on themselves for years, at least something that does not look like a suicide would not weigh on their mind and instead it was either poor health habits or something out of their control.

Eat some radioactive waste, that will surely give you cancer
