Carbon Monoxide?

I was thinking of SN if I do go through with this, but the mega thread on SN makes it apparent that it is a bit more tricky for successful execution than the PPH kind of made it seem. I can't risk a non completion. I don't see much talk about carbon monoxide poisoning with a generator. The PPH also made this seem rather fool proof and peaceful sounding. However, are there things they don't mention?

Always remember, you don't hear back from people that succeeded. You only hear from the ones that survived.

All gas methods are pretty good. I chose inert gas myself. It's all about the correct setup with them though. If you aren't the tinkering type that likes to research and plan things through and just want to take every shortcut possible to ctb impulsively and ASAP, they do have a good chance of failure.

There have been documented successful ctb with CO from generators. New generators have safety features that might make it more difficult. And with any internal combustion engine's emissions, noxious gases are also emitted, which may make the experience less than "comfortable". There are better ways to produce CO.
