It may be your diet and routine,
Eat earlier at night don't add salt as you drink more water and no sweet treats from 18.00.
Do more exercise, walk during the day or gym early evening, and have a soothing shower or bath.
Stop drinking caffeinated drinks.
2 hours before you want to sleep go into your room and listen to some soothing sounds and meditate.
If it's a side effect from meds, sorry you're buggered, just sleep when and where you can.
Don't expect a miracle cure overnight it takes time.
