• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Got bubbly bath does it for me with fresh bedding. And a thick quilt with the window left open for a cold breeze but the feeling of being wrapped up in a quilt is a good feeling.

Other thing that works for me is just watching YouTube till I fall to sleep. Having a hot bath sure does help me relax but I've never understood of females have their baths like getting into a volcano. Like when they get out the bath they are bright red from the heat. Can any one relate to this?

It may be your diet and routine,

Eat earlier at night don't add salt as you drink more water and no sweet treats from 18.00.
Do more exercise, walk during the day or gym early evening, and have a soothing shower or bath.
Stop drinking caffeinated drinks.
2 hours before you want to sleep go into your room and listen to some soothing sounds and meditate.
If it's a side effect from meds, sorry you're buggered, just sleep when and where you can.

Don't expect a miracle cure overnight it takes time.

Good luck.

Cheers

Geo

I find I have to have stuff on YouTube on in the background to sleep now- to distract me from thinking. Rain sounds, ocean waves and ASMR. Still- I know that's not everyone's cup of tea. For some people, it just ends up keeping them awake! You also need to find creators who only have ads at the beginning, otherwise that will likely wake you also.

I'm sorry though. It takes such a toll not sleeping properly. 🤗
