Cannot find method I can implement - so depressed

So I've just read most of PPH book.

I cannot find a method that I'm comfortable with implementing and I would actually be ABLE to implement. Ideally I would love to do carbon monoxide but it is way too complicated for me to figure out. The grill needed is quite large, then so much charcoal, then an enclosed space... it's too many degrees of difficulty for me... I can't even light a bloody campfire! And it's not like I can ask anyone to help me!

Next up method for me is the inert gases... I think I could even get all the equipment and I could do it in our garage but there's no way I could put a bag over my head to do it.

Then all the drug options... they are so complicated and I have no idea where I would source all those drugs...

I was so excited at being able to find an out and now I'm even more depressed cos I don't have any such options. I've tried to jump under a train or in front of trucks and couldn't do it. I could take 100 Tylenol but I've read how that is not a method because it is only 5% chance and will take months to die and be excrutiatingly painful.

I never knew it was so difficult until I found this site. In a way, it actually discourages people from trying to hurt themselves. Not that that's a totally bad thing in some cases. But yeah. TV and movies make it look so easy. It's definitely not easy.

Jumping in front of trucks or trains is really scary indeed, I think that would be among the hardest methods!
And I heard that prescription drugs are actually designed to make you vomit in case of an overdose, precisely to prevent suicides.

Personally I've been looking into poisonous plants. I love nature and have always had a connection to those green spirits. As in most other things, everyone needs to find their personal path that suits them best, I think.

I really understand, it's just such terrible extreme cruelty how we exist in this reality where humans have made dying painlessly illegal, I always suffer so much from being trapped in this horrific prison world where I cannot just access Nembutal to find peace from the torture of existing, all I want is to never suffer again.

I just want peace from this existence I just always saw as the most terrible, cruel mistake that only ever causes all this dreadful suffering, I'll always see it as torture to be burdened with this existence and it's so terrible how we exist in this reality where the suffering and torture of existing is seen as to force and prolong no matter what, I hope you find peace.
