In the US, though it's illegal to order it on a federal scale, the way it's handled varies by state. Some states will send someone to prison for possessing it, others resort to hospitalization instead. In California, for example, I can imagine someone getting 5150'd for possessing N if they have a history with mental illness. Don't quote me on that, though.

I think the worst that could happen to you in Germany is being sentenced to prison but put on probation and only for a short time. not like 20 years, wtf. just let us die!

For one bottle of N, I doubt its worth the time and effort to even arrest someone.

The world is riddled with drugs, a bottle here and there is unlikely to be on anyone's radar to invest time into.

That being said, it's always best to research the law and what is actually enforced. A lot of things are illegal technically, but the law is not enforced by anyone.

If you're ordering online, unless if you're ordering a massive bulk chances are if it gets found out in customs, it'll get seized and you'll just lose out on both your Nembutal and money. Police really only tend to go after the dealers or people ordering in large bulk under suspicion that they might also be dealers. At worst you may only just get a visit from the police who will want to press you for more info about the order, and may send you to a psyche ward if they think you still have suicidal thoughts.

I think the only drug-related substance from the top of my head that the police may try arresting you for even just ordering a small amount is Carfentanil, but that's just because of how dangerous it is (even particles of it in the air can make people drop unconscious).

I've also remember reading in the PPeH about police doing raids in old peoples' homes before to seize any Nembutal they had hidden since old people were most suspect for being in possession of Nembutal. I don't think any of them got arrested for doing so, but I can't remember what country that was in.

I've heard people getting prosecuted in the UK for possession. It's got the same classification as weed but I think police care a lot more about nembutal

If this situation happens and one is in the US, the best way to get out is to plead the 5th amendment. They can't even check one phone or computer without a warrant. And for them to prove it will be very hard. They will let it go and take the N with them probably. They have more important things in a daily basis to deal with.

N remains difficult to obtain - unfortunately it's also become more well known as a CTB method. Don't know exactly how it's packaged or labeled when shipped but apparently customs agents know how to identify "suspicious" parcels. You'd think it should not be so obvious i mean millions of packages are shipped around the world every day - how do customs agents manage to pick out these N shipments - does anyone know ? Would it be easier or safer to send via one of the big global "express" shipping brands ? Prescription meds that are controlled substances can be shipped in the USA via express companies but they cannot be shipped USPS. Pharmacies can send a legitimate prescription for say Xanax - via an express company- but they cannot send via USPS.

This is exactly what happened to me over a decade ago. At least, I assume so. I bought N but it never arrived. But on the next attempt, it came through. I've heard of people in Australia being caught and fined a small amount, but it's nothing serious.

While there theoretically might be a hefty fine for a importing vast quantities of N for sale, I'm not aware of any drug dealer in the US or elsewhere in the business of selling N. As others have said, they want repeat customers, not dead ones.
