I can't Put enough force in order to press on the carotid arteries and all I get is pressure building up in my head. Can I faint from it? I mean if the blood is dropping down from the head after I loose the scarf can't it cause me to pass out? Hope I managed to explain myself right...
Not a huge fan of partial suspension, to be honest. Pressure on the carotid artery is not really important for hanging, what's important is that you cut off your trachea. Using full suspension would be a better choice if you are trying to avoid failure.
May I ask what brought you to this point?
I have to go to sleep tonight but if you reply to my post I'll get back to you tomorrow morning.
