Method Can SN be consumed by putting it into capsule pills?

Let's just say i'm really dumb and new to this method. I've read several threads saying that you need to mix SN with water, and i'm wondering, does putting SN inside an empty pill or capsule then drink it down with water have the same effects?

i'm doing this method tonight, someone managed it, only side effect being it does give a headache and takes a little longer to get knocked out. i think perhaps drinking it with warm water will help to dissolve it better in your stomach, should you be using acid reducers

Wondering this too. Was gonna buy empty capsules and fill it with SN. Can't swallow for the taste of things so dissolving it is not an option for me.

Can't you just put both inside the same capsule (idk man)

I'm not sure, man. Acid regulators need to do their job before SN. Because if the acid is too much, it turns into sodium nitrate. Still need more information. Keep digging.

Problem I have now: how do I seal the two capsule halves? Just push them together? Bit worried they may come apart very easily.

I think one of the capsule halves is smaller than the other but somehow it'll just fit together, don't worry

I do not know if it really changes anything even if I guess it's not neutral. But after reading a lot of messages about different methods, I feel that making things too complicated is often a factor of failure.

Ran my own little experiment tonight. Put table salt in a 000 gelatin capsule and placed in room temperature water. Got distracted, but when I checked on it after 15 minutes, the capsule was swollen and probably 75% of the salt had escaped and sunk to the bottom. But I see a couple problems with this method, so I'm not longer going to use it. 1. A single capsule really swelled up. I can't imagine having 15 to 20 of those in my gut. I would think all that gelatin might be bad for the absorption rate. 2. Gelatin capsules get quite gooey/sticky when wet. What if they stuck together, and the salt stayed trapped in them until they completely dissolved. 3. I'm going to be under enough stress as it is, and filling all those capsules will add to it. I think I'd rather take that time to do the aquarium test strip test to make sure the SN is good.

I'm not saying capsules won't work , because they obviously have for some people. But it does introduce some possible complications to the plan, so personally, I'm going to stick with mixing the SN in a bit of water.

The pills i made 24 hours ago still look the same. It might act diffrent then table salt but it is a little chilly where it's at
