Idk I do have a method, this is co menthod or a part of combination, but Im curious, can just sleeping pills kill me? Maybe in comb w alcohol? If I take zolpidem 5mg like 200+ of them, will that do the work?

In order of quickness in terms of poisons:

Hydrogen sulfide > phosphine (produced by mixing a metal phosphide and an acid) > sodium cyanide > sodium azide > sodium nitrite > soluble barium salts > sodium selenite.

In terms of likely painfulness:

Phosphine > Hydrogen sulfide > sodium selenite > sodium cyanide > sodium azide > soluble barium salts > sodium nitrite.

its not likely to do the work. It might get you in to a coma though and then you may suffer from phsycosis.
any way its not easy at all to take 200 pills at once. youl need to swallow it with water 200 times. I dont know if that is even possible.
