So I have never been on benzos or any sleeping drug my entire life, so this might lessen my resistance to it, but the main reason why I'll likely be taking less benzos than the suggested amount (500mg diazepam) is because it's too expensive where I've searched on the DNM, which is 30 GBP ($38 USD) for 280mg of diazepam, and of course I'll need to take a bit for testing, maybe 80mg, leaving me with only 200mg. So will taking 200mg of diazepam with SN be better than not taking any benzos at all?

People have succeeded without Benzos. They are used to stay calm, they don't have any effects on how the SN works.

You can easily opt for other benzos that are probably cheaper. Try to get a type that is more anxiolytic than sleep inducing.

Which do you recommend? I checked out Athiestjoe's thread, and Lorazepam seems to score the highest in reducing physical anxiety? Lorazepam isn't cheap either, a cheaper deal I just found was 40mg Xanax for $30 USD, but I don't know how Xanax (Alprozolam) compares to Diazepam. This stuff is very confusing to me.

I'm going with Xanax too because it's the only one I can get, besides clonazepam. Xanax is faster acting. It's good enough.

So $30 for 40mg of Xanax is a better deal than $38 for 280mg of Diazepam?

If you have no tolerance, less is definitely more of whatever benzo. Check the onset to time it appropriately.
