I'm struggling to find a proper hose for my helium tank, I only have a nozzle. The risk of improperly installing a hose and causing a leakage isn't worth it. So is there any way I can do this with just the nozzle and bag?

As long as you create an exposed space where you can trap your head and the gas you'll be okay. You might have to rig up a setup, but it's the displacement of oxygen that matters.

Don't get me wrong, but it sounds like you don´t have enough info about the inert gas method. Have you read the guide ? Don´t do any experiments with insufficient and unprofessional, improvised equipment. If you survive, you might end up as a vegetabile with permanent brain damage in psych. ward and your life will be more miserable than now.

I got the hose luckily. I've been doing research for over a week. I've gotten all the information necessary so there is nothing that can go wrong now. I know how to operate the helium tank, make the exit bag, all the methods and everything in between. If I find a single thing that can affect my success rate, I won't do it.

Thank you. I got all my equipment luckily. Wish me luck!

I've been considering this myself if I put a hose pipe on it and duct tape it and put the other end in a bag over my head would this suffice

The way I think you mean it, no. If you simply have a plastic tube connected to your tank and try to prevent leakage with duct tape, it'll be unsuccessful. You'd lose all the Helium. I can give you the advice and links you'll need if you want to talk on another app or private message here. I don't have notifications here so snapchat would be the best option. I have answers for most cases.
