It is very hard to wait, I am afraid of continuing this life, I don't want to live in a fear that something may go wrong. I have only 1 xanax left and the rest of the time will have to live somehow on my own. I will try melatonin, but don't know how it works with anxiety yet.

Thankful for you. I may not have known you personally, but I have learned much of you and continue to learn more with time. You have very clearly brought so many people together in need of support. Thank you for leaving me Jean and my many other new friends that I've found along this journey. So many of them who have truly helped me through some incredibly dark times. Im glad you are at peace. Hey Stan, all I can really say is I'm exhausted. Can you help me get a good nights sleep tonight? The ups and downs are really tough. Can you say hi to my grandfather? I miss him. My friend has taught me to say no and we have a little game of it now. (You know what it means) He saw me laughing today and whispered (although I think I was meant to hear it) to my other friend, "look at how happy she is." He showed me he cares.
