can you ctb by caffeine pills? and are they effective? I have nutricost 200mg capsules

Man please put them pills away caffiene overdose is not pleasant most likely will not kill u and will land u in the hospital and or psych hospital
Research an actual method, it seems to me like u making this decision on impulse, if you gone catch the bus u need to make a plan and be ready and absolutely sure before u do it
