Tried to hang myself again last night and almost made myself pass out twice & definitely thrashed around. Could I have caused brain damage? Or some issues? I woke up today and I have these tiny red dots on my face and I can't tell if it's because of the oxygen that stopped going to my head/face after hanging myself or what but I don't know what it is. I'm kinda worried that I might've caused brain damage or something lol

The spots are called petechaie. You're right that they're burst capillaries. It happens when there is bloodflow trapped in the face/head which happens when you use a ligature.

Brain damage is unlikely if you didn't pass out but is technically possible. If you did have brain damage you may have symptoms like numbness and/or weakness in parts of your body, vision or hearing issues, pain, pins and needles, nausea, problems moving, toilet issues, seizures or coma. Symptoms could be mild or severe. I'd be unable to say categorically either way from the information you've given and without a phsyical exam however I have attempted hanging multiple times where I passed out and been revived and I have no brain damage from that which I'm aware of but had a face full of petechaie. Take that information as you will.

Edit; grammar correction
