387 how do I go to sleep if my brain is going super autism mode at the moment? I am too hyper fixated and it causes me to be more engaged making it harder to sleep.

When my brain does that I try listening to something - youtube, podcast etc with my eyes closed. Try to keep focused on what you're listening to and hopefully you'll fall asleep.

The problem with a podcast for me is that it will get me to think about something which causes me to stay awake.
I try music but autism excitement is just too overwhelming and I can't focus on music that much.
