Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi. I started binge eatin(1 month ago) g with periods of starvation too after starving myself. I wonder how much time will it take to notice the weight gain? I'm terrified. Idk if I gained weight or not yet
If you are able, you might want to consider experimenting with some other method of indulgence such as exercise. Food extremes can unexpectedly alter you mood, especially with sugars and starches.
If you can't tell if you've gained weight based on how your clothes fit, then I'd not worry about it.
Binging/starvation depends on some many variables. How large the binges are, how frequent, how long the starvation mode is, how frequent etc.
As someone who has, in layman's terms, non-binge type bulimia, don't get sucked into this dangerous path. It's hell on earth.

Been there, done that.
Seriously a sucky situation to be in.
What helped me (personally) was to not buy foods that would overly reward my taste buds/brain (very salty/sweet/fatty/flavorful) for some time so that I would get used to normal amounts of "normal" foods again.
That way I didn't even have to "starve" myself or feel guilty about eating.
Just resort to plain and simple veggies/proteins/fruits for a while.
After the initial time I added stuff back in but didn't feel the need to binge anymore.
I've been struggling with this issue for a while. I'm sure many would find it dismaying to hear restriction is working for me, but I have switched to a whole foods diet to heal my body and gut. So it's only restrictive in the sense that there are just certain foods I cannot have like grains, for example.
For the first time in a long time, I'm finding zero urges to binge, even when I cheat here and there. Tonight I cracked open a pack of chips and afterwards, didn't feel fall into that "fuck it, I already cheated so I might as well binge and start over tomorrow" feeling that I normally do. I just waited it out, sipped on some tea, and to my great surprise, the feeling did pass. Holy hell, progress might be achievable in this regard, so don't give up, OP. Just have to find a way that works for you.
