Just found out that opioid use *significantly* slows down gastric absorption (how fast the stomach and intestines absorb food and liquid), as well as *significantly* slows down gastric motility (how fact the stomach empties fluids into the lower intestinal tracts)..
So, if someone were planning on taking SN, while also being prescribed opioids for pain management, then just know that this would cause the exact opposite effects in the body that you need when it comes to any SN protocol. And likely, even just taking opioids on the day of taking SN (for pain or anxiety) would suffer the same drawbacks.

IDK if the SN Bible is still being updated or not, pretty sure it's not. But if it is, then something about this should be included in the text. Same with any future guides concerning the topic.
