Help Best way to use my meto for the the night?

I finally managed to get my doctor to prescribe me 56 10mg metoclopramide tablets, I've heard over and over how these are meant to be the best anti emetics for ctb. I'm ending it via overdose, what's the most effective way for me to take the meto? I will be consuming 50ml of gbl and 5mg of flualprazlolam in a drink as long as I don't puke up the gbl I will definitely die, anyone with knowledge on meto please chime in.
