Best way to kill yourself by accessable medications OD

I just want to know what is the best way to kill yourself by OTC medications or medications that can be easily obtained like blood pressure or sodium nitrate something like that but I have heard that sodium nitrate is not easy to obtain. Even combining two medications can be a good idea like insulin+ beta blockers to mask the insulin OD side effects.

Anything over the counter isn't recommended for suicide, it will just fail, sadly suicide just isn't straightforward in this world, if people could easily ctb using accessible otc medication then it would soon be restricted as this society is incredibly anti-suicide.

But insulin works and beta blockers also work and I believe if it is done in the right way with no one to rescue you will die for sure don't you think so?

Best ways are SN, SA (only for business unfortunately), Helium, Nitrogen and Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

I have heard that insulin is used with glucose to treat patient who overdosed insulin but if I used insulin with beta blockers only will that ease the death or will it just make it harder to die?
