Best way to ctb?

What's the best way to ctb? I would like it to be quick and painless if possible. Also it would need to be easy to achieve as I may not be able to get my hands on things that may be needed. Thank you all in advance.

I think that if an very easily accessible, quick and painless suicide method actually existed I would be long gone at this point and there wouldn't be all these endless threads on here about methods. Sadly, suicide is unfortunately something that isn't straightforward and I think that what is the best method depends on the individual and what they can access. With questions like this all that anyone can do, is do their own research but there are no easy answers.

The best way and the most realistic method is not the same thing.

If you want the best, you will need significant resources or connections.

Only you can decide where the balance lies depending on your own circumstances and situation.

For me, and only me, the quickest most reliable and painless method is CO or H2S. For others it will be jumping, hanging or something like SN/N/Fentanyl but I don't think those methods are reliable enough.

There is a massive resource here, take your time to read, research and understand each method and make an informed decision. There is also a lot of bullshit and lies too.

There's no easy, quick and painless method. They all have their problems. You need to sacrifice one or more of your requirements. Do some research. Gas, jumping, CO, N, morphine, heroin, fentanyl, SN, partial suspension, those are the main ones
