Hello all. So, I now have my method planned out, so that's a good thing, but now my biggest problem is overcoming SI. I am currently seeing a psychiatrist, and I actually have an appointment in 30 minutes, so I guess this post is kind of late, but I will be having more in the future. I have read some on SaSu about using medication to overcome SI, and it seems like my best bet is benzos. Does anybody have any experience with this/can attest for it? What do I need to say to my psychiatrist to get prescribed benzos? Currently I'm on 25mg Sertraline, probably will end up getting a higher dose today, but does anybody know if Sertraline can be helpful at all? For those who don't know Sertraline, it's just an SSRI.
(Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a perfectionist and could just go through with it already, I'm trying to make everything just right though so I guess it's for the better.🙄)

Perhaps it is best to tell your psychiatrist how anxious you are and occasionally have panic attacks (with tachycardia), then he will certainly prescribe a benzo. And yes, benzos are an excellent tool of choice in overcoming SI.
