I'm looking for something effective in-case I ever need it. I felt my feelings for the first time in months, I don't want to get so overwhelmed and go back like what I was used to - I'd rather die.

My best option right now is a blood choke from what I see it looks agonizing with SI, I've heard DXM is a good way to stop SI but are there any more effective drugs?
