Help Benzos feel ridiculously hard to get

I'm in Canada and need to get Benzos for my SN. Has anyone found a way to get them? My situation is complicated because my file is still closely monitored by a youth clinic, even though I'm now an adult and have a family doctor. If I tried to fake symptoms to get Benzos, I'd have to keep up the act for months and maybe even years, since they've known me since my mid-teens. There's also a chance they'd attribute my symptoms to the fact that I've been on HRT testosterone for almost six months now.

I do live in a big city, but I don't really know anybody or have people that know people. The crackheads in the city would legit be the most knowledgeable lmao.

It's incredibly difficult here in New Zealand as well. I've also got notes on my file that restrict access to larger quantities of medication, which makes things even harder at times. I was in hospital last year and by sheer chance was discharged with a small supply of oxycodone—20 or 30 pills—which isn't something I'd count on happening again.

If you're serious about getting hold of something, there are resources floating around on the forums—ways to access places online, including the dark web. Just be careful and always test anything you buy.

It well help calm the nerves, but the PPH's dosage for benzos is ridiculous and not something I would go by. They are asking enough to knock out an elephant. I guess their logic is you want to to be out before the SN takes effect but an OD on benzos is really unpleasant. It almost feels like it would be counterproductive to the pain based on their recommendation.

Could alcohol work as a substitute? At least I lose all inhibition after a single glass of wine and get extremely sleepy. Or would this interfere with the SN itself?

I read somewhere that alcohol has a tendency to make you throw up the SN easier, but don't hold me to it.

The fact you mentioned both benzos and Canada made me instantly think of Jordan Peterson I'm not sure how people get those prescribed. I wonder the same thing tbh, bc people always talk about those like they are as easy as candy to get. In my experience doctors always wanted to get me on SSRIs
