Hi all, been looking into various methods (needs to be painless or as painless as possible I dont deal with pain well) would prefer to have as little knowledge of the fact I'm dying as possible. I'm desperate to escape this asap and was looking into the sn method but the anti sickness drugs needs seem to be hard to acquire in the uk. Have been looking into cns depression and respiratory arrest. My friend died one night when we were drinking and sniffing subutex fell asleep heart stopped according to post mortem. So my idea is a cocktail of benzos with a bottle of jim beam in the hope this puts me into a deep enough sleep to stop me breathing. Would 30 x 10mg diazepam and 10 xanax with a 70cl bourbon do the trick? Sorry if this is long winded and rambling it's the 1st time I've been able to discuss my thoughts properly.
If it works, it works. If it doesn't, you'll be high as a kite for at least a week. At least I was when I tried a similar thing!!! I know it won't work for me unless I can ingest a large quantity of 40%+ alcohol... and fast. Come to think of it, I think I'll try this right now... 
Ingesting the alcohol rather quickly isn't an issue for me, I plan to get the 40% jim beam I like. Drink half to 3/4s then neck the pills and finish the bottle with a final spliff

Well, sadly that cocktail will not be enough useful to find the way out that you are searching, in my humble opinion. You will need suffocate yourself using a plastic bag. It is so necessary if you only taking benzos. You have some chances of failing and you should to avoid that issue.

Considered the plastic bag but was worried I'd end up ripping it off or wait to put it on and be too smashed. Such a shame when you hear of people popping a few xanax having a drink and accidentally passing away yet when you actually want to it's life the universe wants to fight you on it

throw a plastic bag into the mix, and have your thumbs hold the bag open till you pass out. that may work better. i was going to do this but with 50% vodka as i've no issue downing that xd
At least failing will give you a high for 4-5 days and you'll remember nothing from it. I definitely enjoyed it when I tried. My problem has always been ingesting enough alcohol.
Yeah I'll get the high but people may know then and be on alert. I don't plan to fail I've failed before and it the way it made me feel was horrendous.
I suggest don't do benzos and bourbon then. Most likely you'll get high. Don't do it on an impulse. It will rarely work.

it is extremely unlikely that benzos and alcohol alone will give you respiratory arrest, i've also read that some people take away the plastic bad while they are "unconscious"
maybe drowning in a bathtub? even that seems unlikely without opioids.
benzos are such a safe drug for most people that it is just frustrating, if they were lethal i would have used them years ago.

Does anyone know how to get hold of the correct antiemetics for sn in the uk? This so so exhausting I just want peace.
It is a good question,....guess it depends of your stomach. There are several opinions about antiemetics.
I think that using only diphenhydramine is enough.
I was thinking otc at 1st then a lot of posts said they weren't strong enough. The meds they recommended were American though
yesterday I was chatting with a member who said his boyfriend died using SN and autopsy just saw valium and dyphenhidramine, I did read anothers posts alltogether, there was anothers just using Meto...It is difficult to say something fairly safe about this aspect, I think.
IMHO Sn is a flawed method.

Sadly, it's easier to die from benzo or alcohol withdrawal seizures than it is to OD on either alone or both together. The benzo crisis is gonna turn out to be a lot worse than the opioid crisis. At least with F you die with a smile on your face; with Xanax you go out screaming.

Do you mean a benzo od is reasonable, with a bit of alcohol? I've got oxazepam and alprazolam.

I mean people say it's impossible but I was just abusing benzos for a week about and then one day just fell unconscious and didn't wake up. I have no memory of this since I was in a week long black out. But waking up on a ventilator made me never want to OD again.
But I wouldn't choose this method, even though I was told "I almost died" which was probably BS it obviously did not work.
