Benzo(Diazepam) Trial before Ctb

So tonight i will try my benzo's tolerance by using 3 X 5mg Diazepam at 23:40 exactly 20 minutes to midnight,exact time i will be planning to ctb in the coming weeks. According to my stat plan i will use benzo 20 mins before SN.

Reasons For Trial:

I want to make sure i'm awake enough to take the first glass and also the second glass if i vomit.

I have been researching on when the benzos (Mostly Diazepam) should be taken and the dosage but i haven't gotten any helpful information.
I'm still open to suggestions.

Bump:
After trying 2 X 5mg Diazepam yesterday at 20:16 and finally feeling sleepy at 22:16 i have decided to try 3X 5mg diazepam at 22:03 and it's 22:53 i'm a little bit sleepy but can still stay awake for may 10 more minutes.
Findings:
I think after my last attempt using lots of diazepam,my body system might have changed because initially i could sleep almost instantly with 10mg diazepam.So i'm doubting if i should still use it in my SN stan regime or find an alternative.(Anyone with more knowledge here can share please)

If no one suggests anything then i will probably use around 5 X 5mg Diazepam 30 mins before SN during my ctb.
I will definitely post my final SN plan and a goodbye thread soon.
Still debating if i should use pantoprazole or milk antiacid and propranolol.
I definitely want peaceful Ctb.

You are not sing enough. Valium is an anxiolytic, not a hypnotic sedative. I'd be looking at 60mgs which will have you relaxed in 30 mins. Use Temazepam 20mgs for sleep wihin 30 mins.
