I'm pretty new here and am unfamiliar with your story, but I'm sorry it has led you back here. I am starting to understand that there might not be any "fixing" what is wrong with us/me, and it might be more accurately described as an ebb and flow of energy (like how much we can muster on any given day to fight our demons).

Anyway, it always feels weird saying this but welcome home.
