avoid noise/screaming during hanging?

The last time i tried to hang myself i was rescued because SI kicked in and i screamed and kicked like crazy.
Now i dont live with my family anymore but i dont want to risk being heard (neighbours, roomate..). I doubt that i will be able to control SI, how can i avoid noise during the process?

Tape or stuff my mouth? Somehow restrict movement? Any better suggestions?

Tie your ankles once on the chair.
Tape? It would work.
Secure your hands before steping off.
Have a tightening lgaure.

The big item, be alone for at least 30 minutes. Make this a priority.
