I am just testing the partial hanging method using a bed sheet on a towel rack with folded pillowcase on carotid area as padding for extra pressure. ( I'm not tying any sort of knot, just a loop tight enough to hold onto the towel rack and my neck )

when I started to kneel down, I noticed a pressure slowly building up in my head and behind my eyes. Am I doing this wrong ?

Also what is the best kneeling position?

I really want to CTB within the next 24 hours or less. Thank you

Hey, I did a lot of "testing" attempts with partial hanging. I had the same problem too. This happens because your not only compressing the carotid arteries but also arteries that go from your head to your heart, which builds up the pressure in your head. You just need to experiment a lot with it until you find something that makes you feel like fainting without the pressure in your head. Some people also have carotid arteries that lay way deeper in the neck. Some people might easily faint while others will have a hard time. I myself never succeeded with partial hanging and gave up the method. The key is really just trying things out until you feel like you might faint.

I wish you a lot of luck!

Wait, so that pressure isn't right? I have been testing pressing with my hand, I thought the pressure was a good sign

That explains why my heart was also pounding. Thank you

You have to really know where your carotid arteries are in your neck. Once you know that try to compress them and see if anything happens. You should be close to fainting. If that works try to move the padding directly onto the spot that made you feel dizzy/fainting.

It could work with the pressure but usually its a sign you are compressing the wrong arteries.

okay I think I found them but even when I apply pressure I dont get dizzy, how much pressure is f*cking needed
this is cap, the only arteries in the neck are carotid arteries the rest are veins

Only a matter of pressure and position. Change the knot position, the arteries starts from base of your neck to the head. You cannot "miss them", you just don't have enough force
