ATTEMPT #2 UPDATES (SLOW)

Alright, this will be the story of my second attempt on here. Comments will be posted whenever something happens. Please don't try and talk me out of this, thanks :)

4/4/2020: Ordered scalpels yesterday, they are shipped and on their way! As you may know, I have pretty unusual methods of trying to CTB, so this involves me cutting into my intestine then eating food. The food will leak out of the hole and cause a massive infection, which will lead to septic shock, and eventually, death. If this doesn't work, then I can sever my carotid artery, but I will give time for the infection to set it. If I can't reach my intestines, I will utilize infectious agents inside the wound to cause cellulitis, left untreated, leading to the same results. I have a pretty high pain tolerance as long as I am in control of what is happening to me. Further plans to come later or tomorrow.

There are so many different methods that will be a million times better than this: jumping, hanging, getting rolled over by a car or a train. Even starvation sounds less violent than this.

You are here, we all are, to share our thoughts and emotions openly, truly a place like few to openly share our mind and thoughts with each other. I do not want you to feel guilty for that.

I just am honestly concerned for you. I won't even discuss the possibility of continue on with your life, if you have already tried before it seems like you are clearly very well defined on your decision. All I want is for you to have as a peaceful end as it's possible... this is, to the very least, what you deserve.

If it were me, I'd edit it to bold and make it in a bigger font.

But still, when folks see something like this, it's like it's happening to them and if it's not something they can stomach (or intestine hah), then it's hard to read it and just move on without saying anything.

However, I hear you and will respect your choice for your own body and your own ctb. As long as it's not forcing another person to kill you like train or car or cop, do what you want.

I read your last thread and im concerned as you thought it was very painful injecting dirty water into your chest... this will be x1000 worse. If you can't handle an injection, then doing this you will probably pass out before you get deep enough.

no it won't. The reason it was so painful was because the salt concentration didn't match up. it will be painful, but remember it is a super sharp blade so it won't hurt as much. im used to the feeling of cutting
UPDATE: 4/5/2020...People have been commenting how I will pass out from the pain. It will be interesting to see what happens. Wrote a letter to my parents in case they find me bleeding out. Wrote a letter/email to parents/therapist in the event I end up in the hospital. Amazon package still being shipped. Beginning to compile a list of supplies, including towels, some form of tape, preferably duct tape, and an infectious agent. Thinking I am going to make the incision on my mid to lower right abdomen.

Actually a scalpel can do a lot of damage. I would say go for the carotid. Don't do the stupid intestines thing, that's dumb and sounds like you're trying to prove something. I would pick the quickest way, like cutting an artery. I really hope you reconsider and find peace.

This is like the Rube Goldberg machine of ridiculous suicide attempts!

As someone who experienced a performation of the bowel, leading to septic shock, i can tell you that this is not a nice way to go. Excruciating pain, sickness, dizziness, confusion, breathlessness that could lasts for hours before you pass out. Slow, painful, tortuous, and if doesnt kill you you'll be left needing invasive surgery with life changing consequences.

I'd really encourage you to think twice about this.

hey I won't try to stop you or anything, I'll support you. But can a change of method help? This sounds way to hard and complicated, if you have a high tolerance of pain then have you looked into exsanguination? It's bleeding out to death and it's a less violent and gruesome way than cutting your method. You'll use scalpels to reach into your arteries and bleed out to death. I studies exsanguination because that was my first method and I have scalpels, you can always hit me up if you want more details and information but try reconsidering for a less gruesome method ): much love!

When members were shocked, concerned and questioning @galaticgrizzly about this the other day in chat, she said that this wasn't a method to CTB but instead a way to lose fat... I wonder what changed? She said she's diagnosed with an ED and doesn't want to CTB yet. We all need attention and some of us suffer with mental ill health and I'm not judging or attacking that personally; I just think threads like this do nothing but damage the already unfair reputation of the community.

I'm not judging you. I have had extremely similar thoughts. They were self-harm thoughts intended to make me suffer as much as possible. I have harmed myself resulting in seizures and hospitalization. It INCREASED my suffering. I didn't think it was possible, but I was still alive at the end of it all and in even worse pain.

Many healthcare professionals who treat self-harm injuries are incredibly cruel. They were in my case. After coming out of my seizure the nurses wouldn't even spare a minute to tell me where I was or what was going on. I was in complete pain and terror. Then I was put on another medical unit all alone for many days, the nurses did the medical procedures and left me in silence, unable to move and only able to think of the horrors in my mind.

I sincerely hope this does not happen to you. I relay it because your method is not likely to result in death and if you incur physical damage your hospital experience is likely to be a bad one. If you need relief, I hope you can find another method that is not likely to increase your suffering.

I think that you need professional help. I think that you like to harm yourself and talk about that.
