My relative lives abroad. I use Gmail and exchanged a few emails with him in the past. His email provider is of his own country.
Other than he is already has reputation of a trusted contact on Gmail I like Gmail's email scheduling feature and is why I want
to use it to email him my CTB note and my will for him and mom to claim what's left in my bank and pension fund.

My concerns:

- I am undecided whether to attach it in a Word format, PDF or link it to Dropbox? It's imperative he will receive that important email.
But what if his email provider marks it as spam because of these attachments? Are attached files more likely to trigger spam detection
than external links?

- Gmail itself is a spy tool for NSA. Could they interfere or foil my scheduled email? Do you think with advancement of AI they will eventually
start monitoring suicide? Not that I am paranoid. I want to ensure my email gets delivered at scheduled time with attachments or links intact.

Would be nice to have a backup method for notification if I was to go with external links. I suppose Whatsapp and Telegram do not have
scheduling functionality? I checked some time ago and there were 3rd party tools that offered scheduling but they have to be connected
to account and it's a deal breaker to me. Maybe I should consider other email providers for scheduling CTB note in addition to Gmail?
