Are there any jobs where it’s easy to get discarded medicine?

Vet office, caregiver for elderly, hospice? I do not mean taking meds from those who need it. I mean things like throwing out half a bottle of Nembutal because it's already been opened, or throwing out morphine after somebody switches to a different med before running out of the morphine.
