Discussion Are 20-30mg of Antiemetics just before taking SN enough?

So i read again Mooncide's last moments and thread to refresh my memories and a question came up in my mind: do i have to take antiemetics just before drinking SN or do i have to follow a 2-3 days regime? If i recall correctly the PPH says that you take 30mg 1 hour before right? Or am i missing something?
Well i guess doesn't really matter since she threw up even with the 3 days follow up?

In my specific case i am thinking of having this plan:

Day1
00:00 10mg AE
Day2
09:00 10mg AE
10:00 25mg SN in 50ml of water

Or do i actually have to take 30mg full at 09:00 before SN?

I know that i am somewhat missing 10mg and i legit thought about taking 10mg at 21:00 Day1 to make it round 30mg in 12hrs time, but it says on the box to not take a second dose before 6 hrs mark so i didn't wanna risk any bs happening.

Best solution? Divide into 3x10mg in the 12hr mark before taking SN or just gulping the entire 30mg 1 hr before and say F. it?

I am not totally against the idea. Whether it right or works well enough I can't say. I think it is doable going for your plan.

I've considered something similar due to timing issues I might have and taking a bit of meto here and there rather than all in one.

Best solution though is probably the guide and gulping one hour before.

People do sometimes make their own twist. Main thing is you have a meto.

Even tho there might occur some issues with the "overdose"? I mean, i didn't read it anywhere on the forum about people having issues of that sort but still, they are basically 6 tablets to ingest at once.
That's just my main point, reading the warning label of the AE and thinking if something might ruin my plan

The guide does say to test the meto for any serious side effects, mainly tiredness. But there's no overdose really until you take three at once, and ideally and hopefully you're ready to CTB by this point.

If you wanted to back out, it should be fine. I don't know the % of life long side effects from meto but SN, no issues.
