Do you mean online or in your town or area? I thought they sell CO cylinders at welding shops or gas suppliers for some types of welding.

I've never heard this. What about people who weld in their garages as a hobby? Maybe the powers-that-be put more safeguards on it because too many people were getting the CO cylinders for CTB.Similar threads
