have you tried into the light indonesia? cause i keep seing them pop ups on my browser, also if i can ask what seems to be your problem? you can talk if you want but its okay if you dont want to. i hope you can recover well from your problems.

update, i enter 988 website using america vpn, the good thing is they can't track you, BUT they're not very kind(?) i dont know, i feel like they doubt me when i sais that i dont need a health emergency

they keep doubting me, like when i said that i don't feel anything and they said "but you do feel something when you sh tho" adding "tho" is just not it, and overall they kept doubting and i myself feel like i made my feelings up myself

yeah. often time the general experience of public hotline is not very good, at least based by other experience. im so sorry you feel doubted by those you seek help from.
