Help Anyone in the US received their SN since Trump took office?

My SN is in the process of leaving the home country and I was wondering if any US members have received their SN since Trump got in office. I know ICE is cracking down on immigrants but I wonder how it is affecting the customs portion of it. Surely surveillance is tighter. I hope it gets here seamlessly

I tried to find out if there are any cuts in customs. I didn't see any other than the department of Homeland security.
I don't know if they work with customs or not.

Nope, it's been about a month since it was supposed to arrive. It's still bouncing around through facilities last update I got on it was February 5th. It got registered on January 25th, I believe.

I had one ordered at the end of January, and it still hasn't shown as received in the U.S. Could be they are really locking down imports of everything to make sure they get all the fentanyl and the sex trafficking stopped and sn is just being slowed through because of that.

Everything will probably have more scrutiny now at the ports and customs, yeah. They're really looking for the precursors from China, too, so anything from the East may warrant higher scrutiny too

My theory (no proof whatsoever just a thought) is that he might fill out the customs form minimally. When customs forms don't have enough information they take much longer in customs while the sender/info is verified through their systems. Or the federal employee purge has left necessary departments short staffed prolonging the inspection process.

If you don't believe the drug war is real, nothing I say will convince you of anything.

If there's a demand on one side of the border.....and there's supply on the other side of the border....not a difficult leap to make there. Esp. if you've paid even 1% attention to the news in the past 4 years.

If the border gets clogged up, yes, small foreign packages get backed up *behind* the additional oversight. That's exactly how it works, in fact.

Don't let paranoia take hold. Don't let conspiracies take hold. Trust me, YOU are not that important. No one is out to get you. No one is out to stop your shipment. The world does not care that much about YOU. Certainly the president of the Unites States does not care about your shipment of SN.

That's a really simplistic and reductive way to think of that. No one is saying that we're so important that the president is personally stopping our shipments, it's kind of a stretch to assume that?

It's undeniable with the recent changes that it is harder to get packages from abroad and that they're subject to more scrutiny. And a lot of people, if not most, who have ordered SN from the Ukraine to the US lately have not gotten their packages.

It's been over a month since I ordered mine at the end of January. The past couple of days have been torture just waiting for it to arrive/ waiting for updates. It just says the same thing every time I track it on the usps website. People here have given me hope and reassurance that it will arrive, and I really am trying to hold onto it. But honestly, starting to lose hope and I'm really disappointed. I was originally willing to wait a few weeks, but now I'm kinda desperate and things in my life are just getting worse. I should be dead already.
