Just to update y'all, I've cut down but I haven't quit altogether, I'm still too depressed and sort of hopeless feeling. I quit smoking in the mornings which is actually huge for me. It allows me to feel a bit more normal, or like a normal person. I seem to be able to defer smoking until noon, rather than completely quitting which ironically makes it harder for me to defer or cut down. So I've found a happy medium where I'm managing my depression but I don't feel like I'm obliterating my lungs or wallet.
