Anyone else in New Zealand?

I'm already feeling really lonely in my current state. Can't talk about it with friends because I don't want them calling my parents. I don't even want to meet up, I just want to talk to someone who understands how navigating the mental health system is like in NZ.

Im in NZ too and yeah its a struggle the mental health system here is terrible for the most part unfortunately :(

I thought there were only two people in the whole of New Zealand. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I had to make that joke. I do have a friend that lives there. I don't live there myself. And he keeps talking about how few people there are for whatever reason. I don't know if that's the case. Maybe just where he lives.

I am from NZ too. Stuck in the mental health system since I was young and are still in it now and it is a nightmare.

The flora and fauna of Newzealand and nature over there is therapeutic. Sometimes I wish I could be surrounded by nature . Just sit there with my loved one. But I am thousands of miles away and all my loved ones are dead. So this is no more a possibility..

I'm also from NZ. It's a good place in comparison to other countries around the world, but we definitely have our own problems.
