Never been officially diagnosed with it, but I am almost certain I have some form of CPTSD from bullying and other traumatic events I went through in childhood.

I do! And it's been triggered a lot recently. combo that with being bipolar and maybe haaving bpd (my psych and i are still figuring this out) i hate being alive most days

I'm not sure what it is, but I was emotionally abused by mental health workers and so I would never be able to get it checked without a lot of fear.

I also thought I would die in the facility I was kept in and so I lied to them about everything if I thought it would get me out sooner, so they probably ruled out complex ptsd and ptsd based on the lies.

yup. The diagnosis doesn't exist where I live, but my psychiatrist has added it as a comment to my PTSD diagnosis.

I wasn't formally diagnosed with it either because it doesn't exist in my country, but my therapist informally "diagnosed" me with it. I definitely have some form of developmental trauma

I have PTSD for sure but I may have CPTSD too because of my traumatic childhood. I couldn't escape violence. I wish I had a time machine to avoid all this shit...
